Traveling to Puerto Rico

Traveling to Puerto Rico

Traveling to Puerto Rico is similar to visiting any other part of the United States. No passport or travel visa is needed to enter or exit the Island. Valid government-issued form of identification, such as state driver’s licenses are required for travel. If the student does not have a government issued ID card, one will need to be obtained from a State Department of Motor Vehicles prior to the student’s departure.

Cell phone and banking services are seamless when traveling to Puerto Rico and require no additional arrangements.
